Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Internet forum and community located at https://forum.tangyzen.com (the “Forum”), operated by Tangyzen (“Tangyzen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Forum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Forum.

Tangyzen may offer additional products or services subject to separate terms. These Terms apply only to the Forum.

These Terms include important provisions that affect your legal rights, including:

  • An obligation to indemnify Tangyzen

  • A requirement to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, not court

Subject to these Terms, Tangyzen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to access and use the Forum.

  • Interfere with security, infrastructure, or system performance

  • Assist or encourage others to violate these Terms

You may not submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or threatening

  • Infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights

  • Violates privacy or confidentiality obligations

  • Contains malware or harmful code

  • Exists solely to reserve usernames or manipulate visibility

  • You do not have the legal right to share

Tangyzen may, at its discretion:

  • Investigate suspected violations

  • Remove or restrict access to content

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Report unlawful activity to authorities when required

Certain features require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Maintain the security of your credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@tangyzen.com.

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By posting content, you grant Tangyzen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Forum

  • Use content for moderation, safety, analytics, and platform improvement

Tangyzen is not responsible for third-party misuse of your content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tangyzen from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Content you submit

  • Your use of the Forum

The Forum is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tangyzen:

  • Disclaims all warranties, express or implied

  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Is not responsible for third-party links or services

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Tangyzen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Tangyzen’s total liability related to the Forum will not exceed USD $50

Any feedback or suggestions you provide are voluntary.

You agree that Tangyzen may use feedback without compensation or obligation.

You or Tangyzen may terminate this agreement at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access the Forum ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Forum shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

  • No class actions permitted

  • If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to remain valid

  • You may not assign these Terms without consent

  • Tangyzen may assign these Terms to affiliates or successors

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Forum use

Tangyzen may update these Terms at any time.

If changes are material, we will notify users through the Forum or by email. Continued use of the Forum after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
